While they are conditioned for chaos thanks to their often hectic day-to-day, all of the Chicago Med doctors are feeling the pressure going into Season 11’s thrilling finale.

“We wanna keep the tension going, but we also, in the finale, I wanted to make sure that a lot of things were emotionally paid off and that everybody had the proper catharsis for all the things that we built up,” Macdonald shared. “And it was important to me that that happened, and I certainly hope that it does happen for the viewers.”

As if the emotions were not high enough, Dr. Caitlin Lenox (Sarah Ramos) delivered quite the jaw-dropper after telling Mitch Ripley (Luke Mitchell) she is in love with him after he recently discovered her terminal health diagnosis. How will Ripley respond to the shocking confession?
